About Shelf & Box Keeper

Welcome to Shelf & Box Keeper — an offline app to catalog, organize, and find physical objects stored in boxes, drawers, rooms, and different properties, with data kept on your device.

Shelf & Box Keeper helps you map locations, rooms, boxes, and items in a simple hierarchy (Location → Room → Box → Item). Search globally in seconds, generate QR codes for boxes, attach photos and tags, track loans, and keep a light movement history. Your inventory stays locally on the device (SQLite). You can export and import a structured backup (ZIP/JSON) when you have premium access.

Included features and limits (summary)

Free tier (freemium):

Up to 1 location, 1 room, 2 boxes, and 20 items total (cumulative count — deleting does not free slots).
Search, scanner, loans, tags, people, and other inventory flows without a daily usage cap while within limits.
Banner ads in the main navigation.

Premium — unlock via subscription, rewarded ad (15 minutes of temporary premium), or offline lifetime purchase:

Unlimited locations, rooms, boxes, and items.
Export/import full backups and extra themes.
No banner ads; “More apps” carousel hidden with premium.

Limits and entitlements can change with app updates; the in-app experience and store listing prevail over this page.

FAQ

Do I need an account?
No. You can use the core local workflow without creating an account.

Do I need internet?
Day-to-day inventory work runs offline. Internet is used when you choose features that need it (for example ads, in-app purchases, loading optional remote configuration such as an “other apps” carousel, or opening external links).

Will I lose my data if I uninstall?
Local data lives on your device. Uninstalling the app can permanently remove that data unless you have exported a backup (premium feature).

Is it a commercial ERP or warehouse system?
No. Shelf & Box Keeper is a local tool for personal and household physical inventory — organizing boxes, objects, and loans — not advanced business stock management.
